Mistry Limited (“AML”), a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 2917036), from its registered offices located at Park House, Unit 5 Falcon Business Park, Meadow Lane, Loughborough, LE11 1HL. AML trades under the name Kids Travel 2. Although the site is accessible worldwide, AML makes no representation that the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Access to the Site from territories or nations where any aspect of the Site is illegal is prohibited. Your access to this Site, especially from outside of the United Kingdom, is of your own volition and you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. AML reserves the right to limit, in its sole discretion, the provision and quantity of any product as well as access to this Site to any person or geographic area.

The Site is for visitors who wish to find out more about our business and for visitors who wish to purchase our products ("you").

17. Pricing and Tax

All prices shown are in UK Pounds Sterling. Where VAT is applicable then it will be included in the price you see.

 

18. Cancellation Policy

In accordance with statutory law (Consumer Contract Regulations), you may cancel your order at any time without reason, by returning the goods and/or giving us notice within 14 working days of delivery. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch.

This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You will be refunded within 14 days of our receipt of the goods, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is sooner. 

Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

19. Faulty Goods & Customer Satisfaction

We hope you will enjoy our products but if you are not entirely satisfied or in the unlikely event that the product is damaged/faulty please contact us within 30 day of receipt of goods. You can contact us at the following address: info@kidstravel2.com. We will do our best to resolve any situation by either replacing the product or refunding the cost of the product. We regret that postage & packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded in all circumstances. If the return is required as a result of our error, we will happily refund both the outbound & the return postage charges. Postage is at customer cost and it is recommended a proof of postage certificate is obtained. No refunds will be made for items returned, but not received by us if no proof of posting was obtained. In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable. In the case of a cancellation only basic delivery costs will be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
