Credit Card Security
The protection and security of your personal information and credit card details are very important to us. Therefore, we use Shopify's payment gateway, Paypal, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay as our preferred merchants. As a result, we do not have access to your credit card details. If you place your order over the phone and pay using a credit or debit card, we will take payment using the online Shopify merchant system. Your details are not stored on our computers or passed to any third party.
If you have cause for complaint which cannot be resolved by a replacement or a refund we will endeavour resolve the matter as soon as possible, in the most appropriate way. At all stages we will keep you informed of our progress.
The contract for the sale of goods or services by A. Mistry Ltd from this website shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
